Warm about 60 but raining hard. 8:45 Am to 9:15 AM stopped b4 work at caught a nice 12 inch on Chartreuse powerbait

8- 9 AM tried a couple of different lures (Silver nad blue Kastmaster and a spinner) Was also fishing a second pole with powerbait.
Nothing.
12 noon - 1PM
Silver and blue Kastmaster nothing rainbow clored powerbait out deep on rainbow about 12"
