Am retired from Univ. Ma. for past 7 years. Along with above, I like to travel with my camping trailer, fishing as I go. Have a Black, male Lab that LOVES to swim from my 16' aluminum boat.

General Info

Interests
Fresh water fishing, boating both in Ma. and N.H. Fishing in N.H. is primarily on the CT. River, as the bass population is very good up there and river traffic is less crazy up North.
Favorite Fish to Catch
Easygoing.... can be very happy catching good size White, Yellow Perch; but Walleye is perhaps my favorite.
Favorite Type of Fishing
Spin fishing, casting from boat into weeded shorelines; drift fishing,using live bait half the time.
Water Type
Freshwater
Favorite Lures
Senko worms are deadly...also in line spinners and Lake Claire Wobblers.
Fishing Rods
Ugly stiks, usually
Fishing Reels
Open face spinning reels....have several,older Mitchell reels I like
Fishing Techniques
Fishing from boat; occasionally slow trolling; but more likely drift fishing or casting to selected areas on the Ct. River I know are productive. Floating Senkos are killer baits in the late Spring.
Favorite Fishing Spot
Ct. River.... Barton's Cove in Turners Falls, Ma. or Springfield, Vt. ramp on Ct. River.
